The word is spreading. As seen by Chef Patrick Atanalian, at Sanctuary Restaurant - 903 S Washington Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415. They are having great success with our Alpaca Meat for entree and appetizer.

Here is the email explanation from Chef Atanalian:  

Marinated many pastures alpaca loin, with Japanese sticky rice cake, yellow tomato bruschetta, 

and red yuzu kosho emulsion. It's on Sanctuary menu. Enjoy.
